Sumo deadlifts with human weight.

A strength coach buddy of mine was describing a workout he had with a client where he put on a weightlifting belt and lay on the floor and had his client do sumo style deadlifts with him.
He noted that the fact that the weight was “live” seemed to give his client an aggressiveness in his lifting style that he didn’t know he had in him.
Maybe variations of this style of workout could help you enhance your performance.
